Free Programs
If you are just starting your homeschool journey, you may find it helpful to attend one of our Homeschool 101 Classes. Details are on our Homeschool 101 Classes page.
Free programs can be divided into two categories. One is free programs through the public school districts which are offered to home-schoolers. These are typically part-time public school programs for home schoolers. Most of these programs meet weekly for a full day of classes, but other schedules are offered. These may or may not be located within the sponsoring school district. See the public school programs for homeschool families page for various programs offered
Other free programs are just that. Anything other than programs through the public school district. These are typically more episodic and may be offered through the Parks and Recreation department, as part of an fair (such as Arbor Day) or festival (such as Rhythm on the River) or just some community resource.

Hello -
My daughters, son-in-law, and I own and operate the Huntington Learning Center here in Longmont. Built on evidence-based best practices, we provide both remedial and enrichment tutoring for students K through 12 in study, reading, critical thinking, and math skills as well as test preparation for the ACT and SAT.
We would very much enjoy and appreciate the opportunity to present our capabilities for diagnosing and improving skills to the home-schooler community here in Longmont. We believe that what we do would be very complementary to and supplemental of what parents are teaching their children at home. We would be happy to either host a presentation at our center some afternoon or at a site of your choosing on almost any evening.
May we ask that someone give us a call at 303.597-0295 at your convenience? We would love to hear from you.
Respectfully,
Bob Smith
Thank You!
