Events & Clubs
2009 Life was too busy with children and our great homeschooling group to bother updating the web page. We have had a lovely year though. Here’s a recap and a look forward.
So far this SPRING 2009, we’ve enjoyed the Colorado Ballet, bounce town, roller skating, rope world, park days, building days and tea parties. We’ve got a sports sampler camp planned, a trip to see a play and loads of other wonderful events. Several nature study programs are scheduled including a pond exploration later in April.
Summer will be a blast hanging out at Union Reservoir, hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park and digging for crawdads at Barn Park.
This has been a great year for Longmont Homeschool Group. We’ve grown from 11 families to 75 families. What is all the hoopla about? Come see. We’re having a great time with our kids. How about you?

SUMMER 2008 is heating up with super-fun park days, hikes, trips to the pool and Rocky Mountain National Park. Our pre-schoolers are enjoying regular gatherings and field trips.
At a recent park day, there were little boys everywhere, girls playing in the creek, big boys defending the world against stormy weather and kids of all ages and gender playing on the equipment, skootering and digging in the sand. Meanwhile, the mom’s enjoyed the beautiful weather and peaceful happy children. See ya next week.
